Can you help me with artwork for my custom imprinted promotional products?
Of course! We are happy to provide basic artwork services for your promotional products at no charge. We can use any of the thousands of fonts and clip art images in our library or we can guide you to various sources that have additional fonts and graphics so that you can select the elements that you would like to incorporate in your artwork. Our promotional products professionals will be happy to work with you to make your customized items special. Just let us know what you have in mind.
I used the "Add Your Logo" tool on your site to see what my logo would look like on the item. Is this really what the finished product will look like?
This tool is intended to help give you a general idea of what your imprint might look like on various products but it is not intended to give you an exact representation of the final product. While we are confident that you will gain a great perspective on the final look of your project, we must stress that there are certain factors that will affect the look of things:

Product Color: Exact colors shown vary somewhat from computer to computer, so while the picture you see is surely close to the real thing, keep in mind that there will be some variation.

Product Size: depending on your computer's settings, you may be looking at an image smaller than, equal to, or larger than life size; check with one of our promotional products professionals for the specifics.

Imprint Color/Method/Positioning/Size: This tool will allow you to be as creative as you want and will give you great flexibility in creating a virtual sample. The down side is that you may create something on your computer that can't be created in real life. For instance, you may add a multi color imprint on an item on which a single color imprint only is available. Or you may make your logo larger or in a different position than is actually available.
If I see a certain price at a quantity of 100 is this the price for each piece or for all 100?
In most cases the price shown is per piece. There are some exceptions. For example a case of mints may show the price for the full case or may show the price per piece.
For this order I don't need any customization. Is that okay?
While we specialize in providing promotional products with your custom imprinted logo or message, most items are available without a custom imprint. These are referred to as "blank goods." The set-up charge will normally not apply on orders of blank goods.
How long will it take for my customized products to be produced and for me to get them?
Almost all of our orders are time sensitive. If you have a specific in hands date (the date by which you need to receive your order) please let us know. Production time starts after your Order Confirmation has been completed, payment is received, and artwork is approved by all parties. Standard production times are shown for most items but there can be variations based on business levels, stock availability, and other factors. Keep in mind that there will also be some time in transit once the order is shipped. This generally ranges from 1 to 5 additional days depending on locations. Production time is counted as business days and does not include weekends or days when production may be closed for a holiday.
I don't have enough time for the standard production shown. Can you help?
Rush production and shipping is available for many items, but there may be additional charges involved. Let one of our promotional products specialists know what you need and when so that we can find the best combination of production time, shipping method, and cost based on your needs.
I don't need as many pieces as are shown. What should I do?
The minimum quantity for any given price is shown on the site. In some cases fewer pieces may be ordered however there may be a "less than minimum charge" and unit pricing may vary. We may also have an alternate but very similiar item than may work better for you.
Your pricing shows quantities of 100 and 250 pieces but I need 125 pieces. Is this okay?
This is generally not a problem but there are certain items that need to be ordered in certain increments. This can have to do with case sizes or production methods.
Will I get the exact quantity that I order?
We attempt to have the exact quantity ordered be what ships but due to production methods this isn't always possible. Your Order Confirmation will show the overrun/underrun potential which is normally 5% of the order.
I need my imprint to be a specific PMS color. Can this happen?
PMS color matching is available on many products that we offer but there may be an additional charge for non-standard imprint colors. Please note that exact PMS matches cannot be guaranteed on most products. If the material being printed is a color, it can change what the chosen PMS color(s) will look like on the finished product. Also, there can be some color variation depending on the surface texture being printed.
If I don't use some or all of the items that I order can they be returned?
We are sorry, but they can't. Once an item is customized it is of no use to anyone else. In some cases blank goods may be returned with prior authorization but there may be a restocking fee and the refund may be made in the form of a credit to future orders.
What is a set-up charge?
A set-up charge is a charge added to a customized order to cover things like preparation of the printing plates or screens and the set-up of the imprinting equipment. There is normally just one set-up charge added for the entire order of any particular item but additional set-up charges may apply for multi color imprint and in some cases for additional imprint locations. If you are ordering multiple items you will also have multiple set-up charges.
If I re-order will I have a set-up charge?
For many items the set-up charge can be waived or reduced on exact repeat orders within a certain period of time. This is not availble for all items and future policies can't be guaranteed. Feel free to check with one of our promotional products professionals for the current policy on the item(s) you are interested in. Please keep in mind that any change to the artwork means that the new order will not be an exact repeat. (For instance if you have an annual event and are changing the year.)
What is an "imprint area?"
This is the area available for your custom imprint. It is not the overall size of the product. Actual imprint sizes may vary somewhat depending on the artwork being used.
Can I have more than one color in the imprint?
On many products multiple color imprints are available. In general there will be an additional set-up charge and a per piece "run charge."
Can I have multiple imprints on the same item but in different locations?
On many items additional imprint locations are available. You may have additional set-up charges and/or per piece "run charges" for additional position imprints. This will vary by product.
Are there any additional charges that I should expect?
We won't surprise you with any additional charges after the fact. You will know about all charges before the order is finalized. No changes to these charges will be made without your authorization. In general you can expect that there will be the charges for the item, set-up charge(s), and shipping. Some items may have free or reduced set-up charges. Depending on the item, your artwork, and the specifics of your order there may be some additional charges for things like additional set-ups, run charges, special packaging, split shipping, additional artwork services, etc. Again, you will know about this up front before any charges are run and before production started. As adjustment to the charges may need to be made following shipping in the event that there are any overruns or under runs.
Do you add sales tax to the order?
At this time we only add sales tax to orders that are shipping to locations in Ohio. When applicable, this will be shown on your Order Confirmation.
Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
As we offer over 750,000 items, we have found it most cost effective to get information to our clients via our website and through email. In order to help keep our costs low for our customers we do not currently work with a printed catalog. Information on hundreds of thousands of products are currently available on the site. We are always happy to send information if there is something that you don't see. Just let us know what you are interested in!
